Director
Pardip Grewal is the Director of Eye Health Clinic Cayman and has been instrumental in establishing the clinic and developing its services. She brings over 30 years of healthcare experience and more than 20 years in senior NHS leadership, with specialist expertise in ophthalmology service development, clinical pathway redesign, and healthcare innovation.
During her NHS career, Pardip led major service transformation programmes, including the introduction of nurse-led and optometrist-led ophthalmology services, multidisciplinary care models, and the nationally recognised nurse-delivered intravitreal injection service, for which she received a national award for innovation in ophthalmic service delivery.
Pardip is dedicated to advancing eye care in the Cayman Islands and across the wider Caribbean by combining international expertise, innovation, and a patient-centred approach to ophthalmic services. She is also actively involved in charitable initiatives supporting ophthalmology programmes and workforce development across India, helping expand access to eye care in underserved communities.
